CHAPTER 6
Severus came home feeling confedent that he was in the clear.
Tobias: *was waiting at the living room n was drinking a little wen he saw him coming in* Severa! Get ur ass here, lass!
Severus winced. "Yes, Father?" He came in the livingroom.
Tobias: *got up n stomped towards him, n without warning, slapped him across his face* How dare u shame me?!
Severus cupped his cheek. "What?" He asked, tears coming to his eyes.
Tobias: *slapped him again* Dont act coy with me, lass! U knw exactly wht u did! Going ard fraternizing with someone wen ur supposed to reserve urself! How dare u?!
"I didn't do anything!" He tried to defend himself. "I was out shopping!"
Tobias: *grabs a fistful of Sev's hair* Dont u fucking lie to me! The Malfoy family just dropped by for a visit and told me they saw u at Knockturn Alley with a man! Who were u whoring with, u ungrateful child?!
"No one." His head hurt. "I wasn't there. I wasn't." He tried to pull back. "Please, Father your hurting me."
Tobias: Ur lying to me again! U hv ruined me! U hv ruined this family! Now no one will want u evr again, n its all YOUR FAULT!! *throws Sev across the room*
Severus hit a book case, and slid down. "Please, Father. I didn't do anything." He said. He would never give up Sirius' name. Even if it got out he would never give Sirius' name.
Tobias: *not listening to his pleas as he reached for a poker to whack him* It'll be a miracle if ANYONE would want u anymore! U filthy ungrateful whore! Just wen everything is going so smoothly, u hv to ruin my plans! U bitch!
"Father, no!" He jumped up and tried to run. "MOTHER!"
Tobias: *pulled at Sev's skirt to keep him grounded as he continued to hit him*
Eileen: *hears the cries n ran ovr* Tobias! Tobias, wht r u doing? *came btwn them n takes Sev in his arms*
Severus was sobbing in his mother's arms. "Please." He cried. He hurt so bad
Tobias: Go away, woman! This is btwn me n the lass! Its thanks to u tht ur kid is so spoilt. U've heard wht the Malfoys said abt the kid! Now the kid will nvr be wed!
Eileen: Pls calm dwn. Ur gonna kill him! I'll take care of this, alright? Pls stop. He's all I've got. Pls!
Severus was still sobbing, his whole body ached with pain. "It hurts so much, mother."
Tobias: There's nothing to be taken care of! Our family is ruined! Our lass has been whoring with another man! No one will want our kid now! Ugh! *threw the poker aside, barely hitting both of them* Ruined! We're ruined! *stomped away in frustration*
Eileen: *picked her poor son up* C'mon, into the room with u. Shh...I'm right here
Severus was still crying as his mother took him in to the bedroom. He held on to his mother's clothes.
Eileen: *lay him in bed* I'm gonna go get the med kit. Be right bk, I promise, luv *kisses Sev's forehead n tries to coax him to let her go*
"Please don't leave me. I don't want him to come back"
Eileen: It's OK, luv, I'll be bk before u knw it, OK? I promise
Severus nodded, finaly letting go.
Eileen: *went to get the med-kit n came bk as fast as she could, then locked the door n helped Sev take off his clothes to nurse his wounds*
"Will they bruise?" He asked.
Eileen: Hopefully not with the ointment I got frm the apothecary *sighs* I swear, tht Malfoy cant keep their mouths shut sometimes
"Mum, Sirius wants to marry me. He told me today."
Eileen: Tht's wonderful, love! *puts the meds carefully on Sev* Wht did u say?
"Yes. I want to marry him so much. I don't want the bruses to show. I don't want him to know that father got mad."
Eileen: Well, let's hope this works then, bt just in case, ur gonna hv to wear long sleeves. Oh, Sev, I'm so happy for u. Lord Black seems to be a vry nice man
"He is. I love him." Severus smiled. "I love him so much. I wish I had told him to come today."
Eileen: I'm glad u've finally found someone to love n love u bk. Its OK. U cant predict these things. I assume he's coming to ask ur father for ur hand?
"Yes, the day after tomorrow. Mum, come and live with us. Get away from Father."
Eileen: *blinked* Wht? I...I cant do tht, luv, u knw I cant
"But you need to. I know he hurts you."
Eileen: Yes...bt u knw how our marriage was. Its binding. Women dont get to divorce their husbands, its vice versa, n ur father wouldnt want to...and he's all I've got now once ur married off
"No, mum. I want you to come with me. I need you." he begged.
Eileen: *sigh sadly* I dont want to be in the way. Its ur life now. I'll be fine
"Then you come and visit us. You have to be around for your grandkids."
Eileen: Tht is most definitely a promise, luv *kissed Sev's forehead as she was done with the meds* There, all done now
"Thank you, mum." He smiled.
