CHAPTER 79
Severus was even bigger now. He could hardly breath anymore. He was in the study reading to the baby.
Sirius: *being tht he wasnt totally amnesiac, he was fit to work. He had just returned frm work via Floo-ing n saw Sev reading to the baby* Hey, Sev. How's it hanging there? *comes ovr n kisses him in the forehead*
Severus smiled up at him. They had yet to have sex, he just couldn't. "Good. He has been very active latly. He really if your son."
Sirius: *chuckles n lays his head on his belly* I have been knwn to be fiesty. Hey there, little guy. Daddy's here.
Severus ran his hand through Sirius hair. "I feel a little out of breath latly. I can't wait for him to be born."
Sirius: *chuckles* It's because ur belly is pressing against ur chest a little. Dont worry. One more mth n it'll be ovr soon
"I know." he nodded, getting up and grabbed his back. "Damn, my back as been hurting since this morning." He said ,straightening up.
Sirius: Want me to give u a massage a little? * helps him up*
"Naw. I will just take a nap. I bet is it just from carring the baby." He said. He kissed Sirius cheek. "How was work?"
Sirius: Well, thank goodness I didnt lose my memories completely tht I cant work, although losing a little more would be nice. Seeing Malfoy is not a nice reminder
"Yes." he sighed. "I am still sorry. But I am glad that you still saved me."
Sirius: It's OK. I dont blame u one bit. So, Sev, shall I escort u upstairs for ur nap?
"Yeah." Just then he doubled over. "Ah!" He grabbed his stomach. "Oh that hurts."
Sirius: *shocked n held him* Sev? Sev, talk to me. Wht's wrong?
"Nothing, just some pain. The baby might have moved wrong. All I need is a nap."
Sirius: Are u sure? Would u like me to call the doctor, just in case?
"No, it is no worries, Sirius." Severus waved it off.
Sirius: Alright, bt u will tell me if something's wrong *took his hand to escort him upstairs*
Once in bed he snuggled down to a nap. But not even an hour after he fell alseep he started hurting. "Ah." He grabbed the bed. "sirius." He whimpered.
Sirius: *was in the baby's room double-chking to see wht else they need when he heard his cry, n in a flash he was by his side* Sev? Sev, something wrong?
"It hurts." He said. "The doctor. I need to get to the doctor."
Sirius: I'll call him here right away *quickly made a firecall to the doctor, whom he got to knw during the past mth wen he came chking on Sev the last time*
The doctor came in through the floo and over to Severus.
""Tell me how long have you been feeling like this?"
"Since this morning."
Sirius: Wht's wrong with him? *takes Sev's hand* Is he OK? Is the baby OK?
"He is in labor. Your son seems like he wants to come out now." The doc did a quick scan. "But we do have a problem. You are in labor, you are two centimeter dilated but the baby is transversed."
Sirius: T-Transversed? W-Wht do u mean transversed? Is tht a bad thing?
"It means the baby is laying vertical across the belly. He sould be in a head first posion. You will need an emergancy c-section."
"Will the baby ok?" He asked.
"Yes. We just need to get him out quick."
Sirius: *held Sev's hand* Dont worry. I'm right here with you, Sev
"I don't want the baby to hurt." The doctor had gone back to the floo to tell his nurse what he need. "It hurts so much. I thought being raped was painful."
Sirius: *peppered his sweaty forehead with kisses* It's OK, just ride it out, Sev. Breathe like the doctor tells u. Nice n slow, in and out
Severus tried to breath. "God." he gripped his hand tight. "I feel like I need to push."
"Don't push. You are not ready to." The doctor came over with a potion. "When I say to I want him to drink one half of this bottle." He gave it to Sirius.
Sirius: *takes the bottle n nods* Just keep breathing, Sev. I'm here for u
"AH!" He screamed as more pain shot through him.
Nurse: *soon pop out of the fireplc with the required items the doc asked her to bring*
The doctor set to work on getting the bed ready for the procedure. "Nurse strarilize the room."
Nurse: *nods n waved her wand, sterilizing the entire room for the procedure*
Sirius: *continued to comfort Sev, whispering sweet nothings to his ear*
"Ah! It hurt!" He yelled. "I don't want you whispering"
The doctor put up a sheet so Severus didn't see him cutting into him. "Oh you can give him half of the bottle." The doctor was sterolizing the introments.
Sirius: *nods n uncorks the bottle* Here, Sev. Drink it. *places the bottle to his lips*
Severus drank down the potion. A calming feeling came over him.
Sirius: *let him drink half the content n took the bottle away* How r u feeling now, love?
"Calm." He took a deep breath. "Really calm."
The doctor poked his belly with a needle. "Did you feel that?"
"No." Severus shook his head.
"Good. We will now begin. you could feel some presure as I cut you open." Hee start cutting.
Sirius: *sees the cut n held his hand* I'm here for u, Sev. Don't worry. Our son will be fine
Severus looked up at him. "I know I haven't even given birth to this one but I want to have all your children. I don't care how many you want. I will have each one."
Sirius: *chuckles* It'll be too early to think abt tht, bt I am flattered. I guess I'm loving u more for tht *kisses his cheek*
"Suction." The doctor said to the naurse. "Your baby will be born in the next few mintues."
Severus smiled. "I love you too, Sirius."
Nurse: *passes the suction to the doc*
Sirius: *watches a little anxiously for the baby's arrival*
Two mintues later the doc took the baby out and suctioned his mout as he started to cry. "Congratulation. It's a boy."
Severus started crying. "My boy."
Sirius: *was joyful at first until he caught sight of the baby n the blood covering him. His brain suddenly just went into ovrload as the memories came bk to him: the day they met, the day they first made love, the day Sev first found out he was pregnant, the miscarriage, the cause of him being a pussy boy...everything. He just froze there, his eyes widened in shock at this sensation*
"Have you thought of a name?" The doctor asked, as he cleaned off the baby, cut the cord and wrapped him up.
"We are stll not sure."
Sirius: *out of the blue* Marcus
Severus looked up. "...that...was the name I liked to most....Which one did you like?"
Sirius: No, I've made up my mind. Not Andrew. Not Francis. Marcus. *smiles at Sev in a way Sev knew so well*
"Sirius! You're back." He smiled.
The doc handed the the baby to the nurse to handto Severus and started to close him up.
Sirius: *smiles* It's good to be...Aah! *clutched his head, the memories giving him a migraine because it's trying to realign itself to its proper condition. He clung onto the bed post for support*
Nurse: *quickly hands the baby to Sev n tended to Sirius*
Severus took the baby "Hi, Marcus. Happy Birthday." He kissed the baby's head.
Nurse: *takes out a huge tablet frm the med kit n popped it into a glass of water. It fizzed n she gave the bubbling drink to Sirius* Take it. It'll ease ur migraine
Sirius: *drank it whole bt slowly*
Severus looked over, frowning. "Sirius?" He has not really even relaized that Sirius was in pain. "What is wrong with him?"
Nurse: Remember you said something abt him losing his memories? Well, it seems tht it has returned and his brain is trying to adjust to the gaps in btwn, tht's why he's having a migraine right now, bcoz his mind is readjusting itself
"Oh my." Severus took his hand and rubbed the back of the hand.
Sirius: I'm alright. Just need to get myself together. *took the hand tht held him n caresses it against his chin* I missed u so much
"I am go glad you are back." But now he might have to explain again for pushing Sirius. He gulped as Marcus started to cry.
"Sounds like someone is hungry." The doc was done cleaning up and took the sheet down. Severus' belly had been healed up.
Sirius: Aww, poor little Marcus. Wait. Are we supposed to bottle feed or breastfeed?
"Breast feed. It should be much easier with Severus body structure."
Severus pulled put Marcus up to his nipple and Marcus latched on right away. "Wow he is strong." Severus looked up at Sirius. "Like his father." /he whispered so only Sirius could hear.
Sirius: *chuckles n whispered bk* Tht's my boy. My little Marcus, yes u r *strokes his son's cheek*
"Ask that doctor when we can uh...have sex." Severus blushed.
Sirius: U just gave birth n ur already horny. Naughty Mommy *turns to the doc* So, when will it be before he is able to have sex?
The doctor smiled. "Usually around six months to heal up but since the c-section is fully heald I was saw about a month to five weeks. But don't push it." He warned.
Sirius: *grins* Scout's honour *whispers to Sev* Hear tht, Sev?
"Yes. I can't help it. I haven't had it in a month." He said, changing nipples for Marcus to drink from the other.
Sirius: How come? Tht's not like you *it seems as if he doesnt reli remember things btwn him being normal n him being amnesiac*
"Oh you don't remember?" Severus asked.
"We are going to head off. If there is any change in both Severus or Marcus floo me." He got his stuff and flooed back to the hospital.
Nurse: *followed suite*
Sirius: *nodded goodbye at them n turned to Sev* No, not reli. Just bits n pieces. Like I was there n then I'm not, somehow. Wht happened?
"I pushed you down the stairs. I didn't mean to." He added. "I just wanted space and I pushed you. I didn't know the stairs where there."
Sirius: Oh, tht. Yeah, I remember rolling n falling on something hard, then everything was in and out of me. So tht's wht happened, huh? *scratches his head*
"You had amnesia. You forgot me. You could remember everything else. But you didn't know who I was."
Sirius: Did I? Oh dear, I am so sorry *kisses his forehead* It must've been hard for u. I hope the other me didnt do anything stupid
"I tried lying to you. I tried saything that I was not your wife and Marcus was not your's but you would not buy it."
Sirius: *chuckles* Guess tht was some part of the real me trying to get out at one point
"I was afraid that the new you would not want me. I would rather leave then face rejection."
Sirius: But still u r with me. This goes to show tht at least the other me was being sensible
"Yes..." He Took Marcus and burbbed him. "Can you get the basent from the other room?"
Sirius: OK *kissed Marcus' head n walked off to the other room n came bk with it*
Severus had burbed him and put him into the basent. He cleaned up spit up off his shoulder. "I tried to remind you of of me. We has sex but..." he trailed off looking at Marcus.
Sirius: But I didnt remember, did I? Was the other me being gentle to u?
"Very, more than you usualy are I had to tell him to be harder. But that was not the embarrassing part. I ripped the sheet and all you said was, 'I take it you have done that before.' I couldn't have sex with you after that. I felt like I was cheeting on you."
Sirius: *chuckles a little* Well, technically I wouldnt call tht cheating, bt I'll be damned if I can't remember fucking u. I'm sorry I made u feel tht way
"You didn't. It was my fault fo doing that to you. I caused it." He looked up at him. "Are you goinmg to punish me?"
Sirius: Not by a long shot. We're both at fault. I didnt give u the space u need. U were hormonal. It's understandable. Besides, why would I want to punish u wen u gave me such a beautiful gift? *strokes Marcus' hair*
"he is beautiful, isn't he." he smiled. "Oh Kingsley and Neville's wedding is in a few weeks." Severus said. "You are best man to Kingsely."
Sirius: Ah yes, Neville did give me the invitation two days ago. Tht I remember
"Good. I need to get Marcus a little suit. He will be so cute." Severus felt like he was on cloud nine. "Kiss me."
Sirius: *smiles* With pleasure *leans ovr to kiss Sev tenderly*
Severis kissed back just as tenterly, until Marcus made a fuss. "Oh. He must be needing to be changed. Go get me the dipers and wipes." Sirius and his kisses were all forgotten.
Sirius: Now I feel like I have competition *pouts teasingly before leaving to get wht he needed*
"You don't need your every need attended too, Sirius." Severus rolled his eyes.
Sirius: True. Bt it's nice to be babied for a while especially frm a sexy mommy like u *brought the things he need n nuzzled noses with him*
"After I am healed I will give you everything you need." Severus promised. He set to work changing Marcus.
Sirius: Alright. I'll wait. I'm a very good boy *feigned innocence*
"Sure you are." Severus rolled his eyes. "Only when you know you are going to get something from it."
Sirius: Oh, innocent lil moi? Bt u knw u love giving it as well *kisses Sev's cheek*
"Very much." Severus beamed. "Now put Marcus back in the basent so I can get some sleep." Severus magiced the dirty dipper away.
Sirius: Yes, my darling *picks Marcus up n lays him in the basent, nuzzling noses with him*
