The carriage ride was not long. They didn't talk much on the trip to the doctors and that was fine by Severus. When they arrived Severus went in and told the receptionist that he was there too see the doctor. She told him it would be a bit and gave some paper work to fill out. Severus took the paperwork and started to fill it out.

Sirius: *sat beside Severus n watched him fill out the form, helping him out a bit here n there along the way, then aftr they were done, they waited for another 20 mins before they were called in*

Nurse: Mr Sirius Black n Mr Severus Snape-Black? The doctor will see u now, at Room 3

Sirius: Right. Let's go, Sev *waited for Sev to get up and followed beside him to the designated room*

Severus walked into exam room 3 and was told to change into a an examination gown. Severus took the gown from the nurse, who then left to give them some privacy. He then turned to Sirius. The doctor started a physical exam before he moved on to the magical exam.


Sirius: *waited patiently n watching the doctor do his work*

The doctor ended the test and whispered something to his nurse before turning to Severus and Sirius. "I am sorry to announce this, but baby will not make three. Mister Snape-Black. You are not pregnant."

Severus took it in calmly on the outside, nodding as if he understood, but on the inside he was panicking. Everything should have worked out how he had planned it. Every step was just how it was suppose to be right down to the last ingredient and stage. Even my master said it was the best batch he had ever seen. It has to me. I have to be the problem."

Sirius: Now, now, Severus. It's alright. Ur not entirely the blame. Maybe I am the problem. Maybe we weren't doing it at the right time. These things take time and luck, n luck is not at our side at the moment. We can try again. Just take it easy

Severus pushed him away. "You just saying that so you can fuck me some more." He turned his head away from Sirius. "Hand me my clothes." He asked, so his clothes where in a table on the other side of Sirius.

Severus came back down after getting dressed, bottoming his last button. "I have laid out your clothes if you wish to change into him." Severus said. "We need to leave in less than 20 minutes. I will not be late to my appointment."

Severus got up and dressed and made sure breakfast was on the table, but he was not hungry. After what he said ysterday would Sirius want to have sex with himwhen he was pregnant. He sighed and pushed his food away.

*a crackling was heard at the fireplc, indicating a firecall was coming in*

Severus turned to look at the fireplace and he got up and walked over.

"Please don't call me that, you make me sound like a two year old." He put back on his black robes with the long row of buttons. " I must admit he is not bad looking, but really it is not looks that is important. It is how he deals with anger and stress that must be seen."

Lily: Yeah, well, unfortunately they couldnt choose their kids n I had to be born a freak. Petunia hates me bcoz she's jealous tht I've got wat she called "super powers" n she didnt n my parents got divorced bcoz my dad thinks the reason I was born different is bcoz my mom had an affair with a wizard. He nvr bought the Muggle-born story. How's tht for choosing any better

"But they still choose and they could divorce." He shrugged. "Well I guess we are still both screwed."

Lily: Yeah, well, we're peas in a pod then *grins n had her arm ard Sev's shoulder as they left the building* So whaddaya think abt tht James Potter there? I think he's charming, sorta, bt he's seems to be reli into me all of a sudden

"Most men are interested in you. You just don't notice it, too involved with your studies or internship to really care."

Lily: Reli? I guess I reli didnt notice. I cant help it. I'm a career woman with high ambitions. N its the Muggle in me tht made me feel guilty abt how dysfunctional my life is tht I wanted to prove something, to make a point in my life, tht I dont wanna screw it up

"Same here, I suppose. I knew I would some day marry. I just never wanted a connection to the person. Just a marriage."

Lily: Just a marriage? Ur going to spend ur life with him, hv children with him. Ur not saying u dont want a connection wtih ur future children either?

"why? I don't want to be hurt like my mother. If she didn't love him his whoring and drinking would not have effect her."

Lily: True, bt then she would not hv loved u the way she did. I was taken by surprise at tht Potter guy wanting kids. He's so forward. I've got more things in life than be his baby machine

"You can love your children, but you don't have to love your husband. That is two different loves."

Lily: *shrugged* True enough. Well, we'll just hv to see how it goes then. I'm quite interested at how the actual wedding would turn out. I wonder if we would hv a group wedding like how we had a group meeting like just now

"Well I guess that would be economical. And not much attachment to the day." Severus shrugged.

Lily: True tht. So looking forward to the actual wedding?

"No."

Lily: Dont worry, if the wedding is anything like the meeting today, I will be there for u *hugs him comfortingly*

*meanwhile Lily was at the bkyard tending to her gardens wen the owl came with the letter*

Severus had come over to help her. It was one of his days of from his apperinticeship and he enjoyed the time spent with Lily. his letter was already in his pocket, but he had not said anything to Lilly about it just yet.

Lily: *took the letter frm the owl n read it, n looked a little pale n flustered at the same time as she tried to take it all in* Oh...my...God...

Severus looked up and saw where is was from. "I got one too." He patted his pocket.

Lily: U too? Why didnt u tell me? *pouted a little8

"I didn't know if you had found someone or not." He shrugged and brushed off the dirt from his hands. "Who is it?"

Lily: *showed him* James Potter. I knw him frm my friends. He's tht crazy Gryffindor in Quidditch. Of all ppl, I had to be paired to a brainless jock! N I dont hv time to find other ppl. I'm still rooting for my internship in the Daily Prophet

"Then you knew this day was coming. Maybe he will not be all that bad?" Severus didn't really know what to say. "Or you could just bash his brains in on the wedding night and hide the body and claim her ran away."

Lily: Haha, tht is definitely something a Slytherin would do. I'm not abt to ruin my chances of internship with a skeleton in my closet, thank u vry much. Who did u get?

"I don't know. I have not opened it. Saving it for my last day of freedom. I don't want to know who I have to spend the rest of my life with."

Lily: Why not? At least u'll be prepared to face whoevr it is. Maybe he's someone I knw too. C'mon, lets hv at it *playfully tried to reach ovr his pocket to get it*

Severus sighed and handed it over. "Fine, misses reporter. Go snooping into my personal life. Like I have any." He said, sarcasticly.

Lily: Yes, I love u too~ *grins at him before looking at the letter* Sirius Black. Hmm...Where hv I heard tht name before...? Oh! The ladies' man, men's man, man abt twn!

"Great, I get a confused man." Severus shook his head. "Doesn't know which way is up or down. I'm screwed."

Lily: Hey, cheer up, Sevvy. Maybe he's an experienced person n knws how to treat ppl right. *clapped his bk gently*

"Thanks, Lily. You know hate when you bring my viginity up. Men were ment to be virgins." He sighed, but he never had a boyfriend or a girl friend for that mater. He still hated the fact that he was a virgin.

"But your a female. You should be a virgin." He sighed. "So when is the "happy" day suppose to be. Need to know how long I have before I have to hang myself."

Lily: *snorts* U n me both *chks the date* Its abt 2 weeks frm now before our official wedding, bt we r to meet nxt week to get to knw our respective partner to smooth things out for the wedding day. Well, at least they let us meet them before we consider bolting
