Sirius: *came home aftr a long night of fun n enjoyment with the Marauders members Remus, James, Lily n Peter to celebrate their graduation frm Hogwarts, coming home a bit drunk bt reli hving a good time*

It was a good thing becuase his mother and father were waiting up. Regulus was already in bed up stairs. "Finally home I see, Sirius. Out with the loser friends of yours?" his mother asked.

Sirius: *hiccuped a bit n frowned* They r not losers. They all passed with flying colours, including me. Well, I cant say for Wormtail bt anywho...

"Sit, your father and I need to talk to you." She gestured to the chair oppotie her.

Sirius: Fine, fine *went forth to sit at the chair* So wht is the family meeting abt this time?

Orion: U r already 17, r u not?

Sirius: Gee u remember my age. Tht's a surprise

"Do not talk about to your father. Of course he is, dear. He turned back in April. Sirius we need to talk about your future. What are you planning to do with the rest of your life?"

Sirius: Since wen r u interested in my welfare all of a sudden? Fine, if u must knw, I plan to be an Auror, as I hv already said it time n time again since the day I went to Hogwarts. *mumbled* Not tht u pay attention anyway

"Hush." His mother said. "You are are the eldest of the sons to this great and noble house. As such your father and I have chossen your intended."

Sirius: *he was still a bit boozed up, bt at upon hearing tht it was as if someone poured cold water on him to sober him up* WHAT?! Since when??

Orion: Hush, son. Do u want to wake the whole house? Its already set. U r to wed this intended of urs the moment she turns 17 as well

Sirius: Wht the hell?? Why am I to marry some girl tht I dunno?! U hv no right!!

"We have every right. It is a tridition in our family. I was chossen for your father by his parents. Don't worry she will be a lovely girl. She knows how to cook and clean and take care of a house. True she is half blood but the dowary will be very nice. 25,000 galleons." She smiled.

Sirius: It all goes dwn to money, isnt it? Well if its all set on stone, then why bother telling me since I cant say no anyway? U might as well feed me to the lions

"I am surpised that your farther has not given the go ahead to disinharet you, but we are giving you another chance to a be a up standing son. Now the wedding will take place in one month. She is turning 18 on the 27th of July and then the wedding will be on the 1st of August. Until then you will meet with he father but will not be able to see her until after the wedding."

Sirius: I'm not gonna fucking meet up with anybody. U guys r the ones who called the shots, so why should I bother? *stormed off n slammed the door*

Orion: *shook his head* He'll get ovr it. I cant wait to see wht a industrious woman our future daughter-in-law is

"I have seen her. She is non to good looking but he can either learn to live with it or have a mistress. I will speak to the offiant about leaving out the part about not being able to have extra marital affairs. But still the money is what matters."

Orion: Yes, true. Aftr all, its not always tht u can get this much money in one sitting

Sirius: *was literally seething as he tossed n turned in bed, thinking abt his predicament, mumbling to himself* I swear to Merlin if she looks like a wreck, I'm leaving the altar there n then, House of Black be damned

There was a light rap at his door. "Siri?" his younger bother asked. Their bedrooms where right next door to each other and he could hear everything.

Sirius: *groaned bt let him in anyway* Dont just stand out there, Reggie. If ur gonna come in, come in

Regulus opened the door and came in. He was just 10 months younger than Sirius but he looked like he was still 14 with his baby face. "I heard you am mum. Then the crashing in your room. Not a good talk?"

Sirius: *groaned n sat up* No shit. Mum n Dad had arranged me to be married to some broad once she's 17, of age

"Wow." His eye brows raised up. "Really?"

Sirius: Yeah, apparently its the House of Black's way *did the sarcastic finger wriggled quote* Bt in the end its just for the sake of the stupid dowry

"Well money is the root of all evil I suppose." He shrugged. "So have you seen the girl yet?"

Sirius: Nope. Mum n Dad decided to tell me at the last minute, n just aftr I went to celebrate my graduation. Way ta go to ruin the mood, Mum n Dad

"There is really nothing I can say that will help, other than they will do that same thing to me in a years time. Then we will both be miserable."

Sirius: Birds of a flock eh? *grinned bitterly*

"Well if we are not Blacks then what are we? We are defined by our last name. You can't denie that."

Sirius: Sad as it is, yes, tht's the truth. I hope ur day was much better than I am

"It was for the most part. I spent time with my friends. Adien is going to America in two weeks and Mum said I could go with him if I am back by the 30th of July. I asked why but she didn't tell me."

Sirius: Tht's because the fucking wedding is on 1st August. She must mean for u to attend it

"Ah I see." He shifted on his feet. "Maybe she will be hot?"

Sirius: I'm hoping she would be. If she isn't I am so gonna fucking walk out of the altar, I dont give a damn abt Mum n Dad. I will reli walk out

"Then you will be disowned. You can't be disowned. What will happen to you?" He asked.

Sirius: I couldnt care less. Been wanting to leave the family for ages, bt of course I couldnt leave u alone. Ur the only family member in the Blacks tht is the most decent among us *patted his head*

Reg smiled. "And you are the only normal one in this family. I wish had guts like you."

Sirius: I'm sure wen the time comes u'll hv all the guts u need *grins*

*meanwhile Tobias was at his study muttering as he counted the money needed to pay the dowry*

Severus gently knocked on the door and opened it slowly, his head down. He was dressed in his mother's old clothes since he could remember. Even thought his father had money he refused to spend it on Severus. "Father do you need anything before i retire?"

Tobias: *looks up at him with a glare* Wht took u so long to ask? Where is the wine n bread tht I asked u to prepare for me before tht?

"Oh. I am sorry father. I must not have heard you. Which wine do you want?"

Tobias: U nvr listen to me properly, just like ur mother *stomps towards him n grabbed his hair, shoving him against the wall* Wen will u learn to pay attention to wht I hv to say to u??

Severus bit his lip not to wimper, his eyes still down cast. "I'm sorry, Father. Please forgive me." his cringed at the pain of his head.

Tobias: *smirked evilly* Aside frm the nose u inherited frm me unfortunately, u look exactly like ur mother. If u werent to be married off to a rich family so I can live off the money frm ur future husband, I would enjoy hving u as my secret lover *gave him a chaste kiss, not of love, bt more of possessiveness n domination*

Severus always hated when his father treated him like this. He tried to push his father off. He didn't want to be married off to a man just like his father. He would rather throw himself of the four floor of a building.

Tobias: *felt him resisting n slapped him hard* Wht did I say abt resisting? *pushed him harder against the wall n kissed him some more*

Severus felt paniced, but what could he do. He was nothing, or that was how he felt. He didn't kiss back, just shuting his eyes and going stiff, hoping his father would get bored soon and send him off to fetch the wine.

Tobias: *couldnt care less whether he responded or not. Severus was his property, always has been evr since he forced Eileen to sign the will to hand all her riches to him before stripping her off her magic, which was the cause of her death aftr childbirth. Aftr hving his fill, he pushed him off the floor* Get outta here. I dont need the wine anymore. I've already had something tastier than tht

Severus got up and walked quickly out of the room and up to his tiny bedroom. He closed the locked the room, although his father had his a key but for a little while it made him feel safe. He wipped his mouth on his hand and then his dress and dropped to his knees and started to sob. If he could get out of this house with his virginity intacted it would be mirical.

Tobias: *finished calculating all the money needed to pay for the dowry. It was quite a bit, bt it was worth in the long run as he will be leeching off his future son-in-law*
