Wedding on the Fly-Chp4

Severus opened the aphothicary for the days. His master was in the back brewing so Severus had to handle the front for the next couple days. He flipped the sign to open and went back to the counter to sort through bottles that need to be labeled and then set out.

Sirius: *his brother Regulus who was bedridden most of his life needed his usual medication, n since he was going out to buy supplies for the bachelor party, he might as well help get it for him as he entered the shop*

Severus heard the door open and put the bottles he was holding up on the shelve and came over. "How can I help...you..." he stopped when he noticed who it was. He frowned.

Sirius: *was looking ard n was taken by surprise wen he heard the familiar voice* Oh, its u...Snape, right? Severus Snape?

"Yes. What are you looking for?" Severus asked, getting back to business. He never thought he would see this man in his shop ever.

Sirius: Wow, I didnt knw u work here. Um... *searched his pockets for the list of medication for Regulus* I dont reli knw the names, bt here *hands Severus the list, which was pretty long*

"Do you have cronic bowel disorder?" He asked although he would be bedridden if that was the case. That would not be good for any children that they may have.

Sirius: No, not me, my brother. Among other things. He was born premature, n barely enough immune system to keep him alive, so he's like wat Muggles would call him a bit of a 'bubble boy', so yeah *shrugged, looking a little sorry for his brother who missed out so much in life*

"I see." He nodded and started to look for the potions that he would need. He picked up two bottles and looked at them.

Sirius: So, uh, u worked here long? *trying to make conversation*

"Since I was out of school it has been a year and two months into my two year apprenticeship."

Sirius: Apprenticeship? Wat are u training for?

"Potions Master." He handed Sirius some bottles then moved on to another isle.

Sirius: Nice. I'm training for Auror actually, tho I heard the hours might be a little crazy

"I suppose so." Again he moved to another isle.

Sirius: I knw ur not too looking forward to this wedding, or us being together, bt I'm not lying wen I said I like u, n u r good-looking

Severus turned to him. "And I would be lying if I didn't say you are very good looking. I suppose I can be glad for that."

Sirius: *smiled* Thank u. Dont listen to anything my friend said. Ur good looking to me, n tht's all tht matters. N I promise u, I will nvr cheat on u *touched his hand gently*

Severus looked at his hand as his heart jumped. He pulled it away. "How do you handle stress?"

Sirius: Stress? Wat stress? *wasnt reli sure wat he meant, since he was quite the carefree guy*

"When you get angry or stressed out from things what do you do you relax? Do you drink?" Severus held his breath.

Sirius: No, I dont. Well, I do drink, bt only for parties n celebrating, or hving the occasional meals, but I dont drink for recreational or stress-relief purposes

"I see." He nodded. "So you don't get into drunken brawls?"

Sirius: Well, I did once during my school days, bt not anymore

"Have you ever hit a girlfriend or boyfriend when they made you mad?"

Sirius: No, I would nvr hurt... *noticed the pattern, then asked gently bt firmly* Where r u going with this?

"Just to know what kind of husband you might be." he put some more bottles in Sirius' hands and moved again.

Sirius: *grabbed his hand gently before Severus could move away* I promise u, whoevr might hv done those things to u, I would not do it to u

"I don't know what you are talking about." Severus pulled away. " We have only two more potions."

Sirius: OK *waited for him to get them* So...u live alone? Or with ur parents or something?

"I live here with my Master and no not in that way. He is just my teacher." He grabbed the last bottles and went to the counter box it all up.

Sirius: *nods* Ah, I get it. So ur parents r no longer ard?

"My father is dead and my mother is in the hospital as a permenant resident."

Sirius: Oh, I'm sorry to hear tht. If its OK with u...why is she there? *takes the box of bottles n fished out his pouch*

"My father literally drove her crazy." He rang Sirius up. "Any more personal questions?"

Sirius: *shook his head* I think its enough for now. I just want to get to knw u, is all. Nxt time u get to ask me personal questions *paid him the money, then took Severus' hand n kissed it* I'll see u on the altar

Severus wanted to roll his eyes but didn't. "Arrogant." he said after Sirius had left.
