*Kita is by the cooling lake, dipping his aching ankles in it*

Kal: *beside him as well, his ankles dipped in the lake with him*

Elly: *appears with Kiba, the twins n Melly* Hey Mom

Kal: Hey, Elly

Kita: Hey y'all

Takai: Hi everyone *is sitting by his adopted mom

Elly: Hey, Takai

Melly: *smiles quietly at him*

Kal: How's the new home n nursery coming up?

Kita: *smiled* It is coming up really good. Rai and Takai almost finished it up.

Takai: ^^ It took me a while to come up with an outline, but we're halfway done

Kito: Sweet!

Kiba: *rubs his stomach* I can't wait to see

Elly: I don't blame ya. It'll be another mth before ur due, n I'd like my baby to have a nice nursery to sleep in

Melly: So do I. Our babies are impatient to come out. Doing soccer practice in me almost every night

Kita: Same here. Feels like I'm going to drop any day now

Takai: Then you better be careful, Pa.

Raito: Pa's always careful

Kito: You got that right

Kal: Still, it wouldn't hurt having Takai or Nakh to carry u ard. Would be easier on ur ankles

Elly: Yup, like wat I'm doing for Kiba *nuzzles Kiba*

Melly: Unfortunately I don't have that luxury

Kiba: *blushes red and nuzzles Elly back*

Takai: Wish I could help.

Melly: S'ok. I'm fine reli

Kal: Oh dear, which reminds me, I gotta get bk to those strawberry tarts. They're waiting for me to serve them *got off the lake*

Kiba: I'll help ^^

*Kita lays on his back, rubbing his tremendous stomach*

Melly: I'll take u home, Mom. Need a hand too, Daddy Kita? *he calls him that evr since he was officially married to the twins n into the family*

Kita: Just up, please *Takes Melly's hand and gets up* Thank you

Kito and Raito: *Get onto Melly's shoulders*

Melly: *have Kal n Kiba sit comfortably on his elbow n headed home*

Elly: I'm a little worried of Kiba, Uncle Kita

Kita: Why? What's the matter?

Takai: *places his papa on his shoulder*

Elly: It's just that...well, Kiba is having my kid, n me being a giant, well...not exactly seem very comfortable for him. Mom may be able to handle the both of us, bt Kiba might be a different story. I'm afraid it would take a toll on him during the birth

Kita: It's okay, Elly, you don't have to worry about Kiba. He's a strong young wolf

Elly: I dunno... *still worried*

Takai: Cmon Elly. Have faith

Elly: Well, if u say so, Uncle Kita

Kita: *pats his nephew's head*

The twins: ^_^ Hehe

Rai: *is painting up the room with Nakh*

Nakh: *wipes a sweat* Hopefully we'll be done for our upcoming young ones

Rai: We have a month before Melly and Kiba have theirs. Kita's is really soon

Nakh: Wen is Kita due anyways?

Rai: It could be any day now, Nakh. Ya see how big he is?

Nakh: Yeah, he is. He reli is quite large

Rai: Only reason he could be like that...he's overdue

Nakh: Oh my. Is that a bad thing? How long was it wen he had teh twins?

Rai: You remember, he was only 7 months when he had the twins. Right now, he's only two weeks overdue

Nakh: I guess. You think he should see the midwife abt this?

Rai: He did. She said he's okay, he should just be careful

Nakh: Alright. I'll keep a watchful eye on him for u just in case

Rai: thanks Nakh ^^ *notices something about his friend* Is it me or you put on some muscle in your free time?

Nakh: Huh? Oh, yeah well been working out a little these days

Rai: Looking great!

Nakh: *grins* Well, the family is getting bigger n they need all the protection they can get. Besides, the muscles didn't come instantly. I sorta got them first during the travels with Elly to look for Kal n Melly wen they were missing at that time

Rai: Kinda reminds me after Kita had the twins. He was working out all day

Nakh: Trying to get rid of the flabs, eh?

Rai: Uh-huh. And oooh! *turns red in the face* Those kicks, the punches...those abs...

Nakh: *snaps his fingers* Hey, hey, hey, save the love thoughts bk in ur own room with him, loverboy *laughs*

Kita: Did I hear someone talking?

Rai: Kita!! ^^ *goes to him* are you okay?

Kita: Yes, yes.

Nakh: I swear he has more mood swings than u r. I dunno who's the real pregnant person here

Kita: Well, *sits in his rocking chair* If he doesn't have the belly, then he's not pregnant

Rai: Aww

Nakh: *LOL*
