Death Note: The OCs (Part 9)

*H has presented evidence to the NPA about the New Kira and who the prime suspect is.

NPA member: This seemed a little far-fetched, L. I don't think this would hold up in court

H: *puts the mic* It will. I have tapes which are coming your way soon, Chief Aizawa.

Matsuda: *comes in with the tapes* Here they are! *rushes in* L sent the tapes. *hands Aizawa the tapes*

Aizawa: *looks thru the tapes* Hm, definitely the same match as the previous Kira *slams the desk* Damn! I thought we were over this!

Matsuda: Aw cmon, Aizawa. Lighten up.

Aizawa: How can you lighten up? You were just as pissed when you find out Light was Kira! You shot at him and you hated him for a year before you got over it, and that's quite long for your standards. There hasn't been anything like this since, and now the nightmare is back!

H: But this Kira is different, Aizawa-san. She doesn't just go after criminals...she goes after people who hated her or vice versa

Aizawa: Not much difference. The old Kira hated criminals and vice versa. Same story

H: This Kira went after people who did her wrong or treated her badly. In the slip is the name of the new Kira that I discovered

Aizawa: *looks thru the files* Himawari Kenmochi, 15 years old, drop out of high school for soliciting with the member of the staff, works as a prostitute in Hokkaido street. She is definitely a different profile than our old Kira

H: I have made contact with her. And the tapes have evidence she's the new Kira

NPA member #2: But still it wouldn't hold up in court. No one would believe that there is a murderer who kills ppl by writing names

Aizawa: Yeah, and we sure as hell can't make everyone in the courtroom touch the DN. The old Kira was conveniently killed by the shinigami last time before we could arrest him

H: Just arrest her and hold her for questioning

Aizawa: That's a little brash. Without reasonable evidence we can't arrest her or even get a warrent to arrest her

Matsuda: *pulls out a small page of the DN* Uh Aizawa... this has Sanosuke's name on it

Aizawa: Yes, but this still wouldn't hold. The DA wouldn't think it's against the law to write ppl's names

H: Not if we demonstrate it in court. by using a convict on Death Row

Aizawa: No! I will not allow it!

Matari: It is for the best if you want to convince ppl the truth. They are on death row anyways

Aizawa: I've seen enough deaths experimenting with those things! I'm not letting history happen again!

Matsuda: *Scratches his head* He's sorta right, Aizawa.

Aizawa: I knw! *cools down a little* My opinion still stands. I won't allow it

Matari: *shows her photo on screen* So you are just willing to let this Kira continue her rampage without taking her in before more ppl dies? Is that what you want?

H: Are you sure you want a killer to roam free?

Aizawa: *in conflict, dunno wat to say*

H: We don't want to repeat what happened for your friend, Ukita in the past

Aizawa: Oh alright. Get the arrest warrant and take her in, but don't arrest her for the Kira killings. Make up something so that she won't be suspicious

H: MAke her...an eyewitness to Sanosuke's accident

Aizawa: Alright

Officer: *knocks on Hima's door*

N.Kira: Hai, hai, hold your horses *in her underwear when she got the door* Yes?

Officer: Miss Hima?

N.Kira: Yes? Watcha want? *lean against the door, still in her undies, not ashamed of the exposure*

Officer: *isn't intimidated* I have an arrest warrent for you.

N.Kira: Yeah? What about? Is it because of my job? Coz I got a license

Officer: You're a key witness to Sanosuke's death*

N.Kira: He's dead? You'er arresting me because I saw that ol' geezer died? He left after fucking me, and didn't even pay me well.

Officer: Now get dressed and follow me

N.Kira: *sighs* Oh alright

Pride: Who was that?

N.Kira: Some guy asking me to be a witness of that ol geezer who got ran over by the truck

Pride: You want me to come with you?

N.Kira: Nah, no need. They got nothing against me. Just stay here and keep the You-Know-What safe

Pride: Hai, hai

N.Kira: *gets dressed in a very short, very revealing red dress*

Officer: Cmon now

N.Kira: Alright, alright. Keep your shirt on. *follows the officers*

Officer: *opens the back door of the car for her*

N.Kira: *gets in the car, taking out a cigarette*

H: *waits for her*

N.Kira: *smokes all the way to a huge building that the old L and Light used to use for their base operation and when escort out, suddenly was cuffed, blindfolded and gagged by Matsuda and Aizawa*

Aizawa: There! That should do it

Matsuda: This seems a little much

Aizawa: We're not taking any chances

N.Kira: *struggles and screams muffledly*

H: *presses the mic, talking to Hima* Hima-san?

N.Kira: *recognizes the voice* Eh? Hi-Hikari-chan?

Aizawa: Hikari?

H: *his voice is distorted* This is L....you were the last to see Sanosuke, were you not

N.Kira: Y...Yeah, he was my client

H: Explain what happened that night before he died

N.Kira: What do you think happened? We fucked! That's all it is! What is going on here?

H: Explain better than that!

N.Kira: *sighs* I got a msg frm him saying that he want to "meet up". I always leave a calling card after every client I serviced so they can call me if they need me. We went to this hotel called Kanegawa and we fucked all night. He paid me 3000 yen, which I think was too little since I gave him an all-nighter and he left! That's the last I saw him, OK? Now what the hell is fucking going on here?!

H: The truth is...I think you are the prime suspect.

N.Kira: You gotta be fucking kidding me! I have nothing to do with it!!! You got the wrong person!

H: Not from the evidence we found.

N.Kira: What evidence? What are you talking abt?

H: We found threads from your clothes on the body

N.Kira: That's because he was HAVING SEX with me, you moron!

Aizawa: She's got a point

H: Matsuda-san..

Matsuda: We found this in his pocket..*shows Hima's license*

Aizawa: *sees the license* Well, she's not exactly a legitimate prostitute. She must've paid off someone to create this full-proof license

H: Isn't this proof enough, Miss Hiwa?

N.Kira: Of what? Of having a fake PRO license? That doesn't mean I killed him! He was run over by a truck, for gods sake!

H: Maybe...but I found a page of your death note in your room

N.Kira: Death Note? What Death Note? What are you talking about? When did you raid my room? I should sue you for breaking into my house!

H: *has a room of people watch this.* Matsuda, bring in the death row inmate

Matsuda: *Does so*

Aizawa: Who did you pick to be your lab rat?

H: I picked...Christoph Kain

*the people watching gasp*

H: Wanted for the murder of 20 people in Shibuya.

*Christoph Kain was brought in to stand beside Himawari*

N.Kira: Who? Who's that beside me? I can't see a thing *still blindfolded like Misa last time*

H: A test subject...*walks out from the shadows*

Matsuda: O_O This kid is L?

*H looks at Matsuda with a look that made him freak out*

Matsuda: Eep! Sorry, L ^^

H: *Proceeds to the page of the Death note and writes Christoph's name in it*

N.Kira: *40 seconds later, she could hear groans and a strangled yell beside her and a thud as Christoph falls on the floor dead* Hey! Hey, what's going on?! Somebody get this fucking blindfold off me!

H: As you can see, this was the murder weapon...part of a small notebook that Hima-san used to kill her victims...*takes off her blindfold*

N.Kira: *blinks her eyes at the glare of light before she sees H* Hi...Hikari-chan! I knew it was you! You got that stupid fake voice distortion just now, but I knew it was you

H: What do you say, N-Kira...you admit to killing Sanosuke...and the 200 criminals in that plane crash?!

N.Kira: Are you crazy? I told the cops that he left alive when I last saw him, and he was killed by a truck! And what do I have to do with that plane crash? I'm not some fucking terrorist like Laden or somethign!

H: *grabs the notebook and flips through the pages* Akira Toki...*shows her the page of the Death note* That was the name of the captain of that plane. As you can tell, this is a duplicate of a page I found in your notebook...*Shows a photo of her notebook when he snuck into the house* And I looked up the name online, finding out it belonged to the pilot who crashed with the 200 prisoners

N.Kira: You raided my house?! I oughta sue you for breaking and entry!

Matsuda: Well, Aizawa...what do you have say about this? We have plenty of physical evidence

Aizawa: Hmm, it's almost like Light has come back in a ditsy female form, but everything seemed incriminating and we got all the witnesses here *points at the members of the justice department and the NPA in the room*

N.Kira: Watch who you're calling ditsy, you afro head! *glares at H* I should've known you'd betray me! I shouldn't have let you fuck me that night

Matari: *clears his throat awkwardly*

Aizawa: *raised his eyebrow*

Matsuda: *scratches the back of his head* O_O W-what...

H: *doesn't even flinch, giving her that look that the original L gives* Let's have her locked in for a while and see what she'll say

N.Kira: *struggles as the police untie her from her restraints, blindfolded her again and took her away* I hate you, Hikari! I hate you! I hate you, I hate you, I hate you!!! *taken away*
