NS: *goes to sapphire and nuzzles her* Mama?

Sapphire; 8looked down at her8 Hmmm/

NS: *nuzzles up under her arm as she would her birth mother's wing*

Sapphire; 8held her gently, nuzzling her8

NS: *snuggles with her*

Ozzy: *nuzzles into sapphire's chest*

Sapphire; 8lightly patted his butt8

Ozzy: *giggles*

NS: 8smiles and takes one of her feathers and tickle's ozzy's nose*

Sapphire; 8smiled at both of them8

Ozzy: *sneezes then reaches out and grabs NS' nose* Beep!

NS: *blinks eyes widening for a moment* I'll 'beep' you! * playfully blows a razpberry kiss on his cheek*

Sapphire; 8nuzzled them but still looked worried as did her sisters8

NS: *looks up at Sapphire*

Thrax; 8also looked rather tence as did his brothers8

NS: *sense the tension in them all* .... *decides that she won't lose another family and hugs Sapphire tightly. if worse comes to worse she will fight too*

8but this tension was really starting to upset the children8

NS: *softly* Mama... daddy?

8they both look at her8

NS: 8softly* Why did you take me in?

Sapphire; Because you were lost, alone and so young.

NS: *soflty* Even though I could cause you trouble?

Sapphire; We've gone through worse.

NS: 8softly* I love you.

Sapphire; And we love you sweetie.

NS: 8nuzzles*

8the sisters gently set their kids with Sapphire before leaving to scavage8

NS: *looks at the other kids then sits with them, starting to tell a story her mother used to tell her*

8they all listened in, some wiping the tears from their eyes8

NS: *smiles softly, telling them a happier one, tryign to cheer them up*

8a couple of the brothers stationed at the windows on look out8

NS: *starts to feel a little hungry*

8it was a while before the females came back8

Ozzy: *is cuddling in sapphire's lap*

Angela; 8nuzzled against him8

Ozzy: *opens his sleepy eyes then cuddles*

8the males set out what they had while a couple of females made something to eat8

Ozzy: *tugs on his mother's pant leg and reaches for her*

Sapphire; 8scooped him up8

Ozzy: reaches for he rbreast, wanting to nurse*

Sapphire; 8unbottoned her shirt and let him nurse8

Ozzy: *nurses happily*

NS: *is a little reluctant to eat*

Thrax; 8brought her a bowl of cheesy pasta8

8the other kids were soon nursing as well8

NS: *smiles* THanks daddy...

Thrax; 8smiled at her8

NS: *eats her pasta*

8the adults shared out a small portion between them8

Ozzy: *nuzzles into Sapphire's shoulder, getting a little fussy*

Ozzy: *Burps a little then settles*
