*someone was watching Northstar from the bushes*

Northstar: *plays on the litte swing th ey have in the back yard*

*a pair of red eyes watch her from the bushes*

Northstar: *feels a chill and ooks over toward those red eyes*

*a figure darts forward and lifts her up*

Northstar: *lets out a frightened cry* Daddy!

Taic: *having ben asleep wakes up and growls as he hears his goddaughter's frightened cries adn immediately is up and on his way downstairs*

Sapphire: *had heard it as well and ran outside*

Voice: Hey girl, calm down.

Northstar: *scared by the stranger that picked her up* let go let go!

Talic: *letting out a growl as he steps outside* Put the girl down...

Sapphire: *right beside him*

H: Don't get your wings in knot, we're not here to harm anyone.

Talic: *his eyes giong red* put her DOWN!

Northstar: *squirming, not knowing who this guy is and scared* *finally bites him*

Hybrid: *winces but keeps his hold* Easy now.

Sapphire: *reconises the voices* Talic don't.

talic: *looks at Ssapphire* Who is he? And i swear if he doesn't put her down he's going to be in a world of trouble.

Kenji: *steps* For Frank's sake calm down Talic. *steps out*

Northstar: *looks up sniffling*

Talic: *sighs* Kenji?! Don't you know better than to sneak up on the kid like that? Put her down!

Northstar: Put me dooown!

Talic: Either way. *to the unknown figure holding Northstar* Put her down right now. You're scaring her!

Kenji: You heard the vampire Ash, set her down. *his cousin did so*

Northstar : *runs right over to Talic adn cries softly*

Talic: *picks her up* shhh...

Sapphire: *glares at Ash as she cradles Ozzy*

Talic: *patting Northstar' back* So what brings you here? *still glaring sternly at Ash as he comforts Northstar*

Kenji: *motioned to the young ones* My nephews and nieces as well as my kids wanted to see Northstar and maybe play with her.

Taic: *nods a ittle* Why don't you come in side for a bit. I think she'll need to calm down first.

Kenji; *nods* Of course. *everyone heads inside with Sapphire coming in last*

Ozzy: *rests his head on sapphire's head*

Northstar: *is snifflinga little ess but was shaken by suddenly being grabbed and restrained like that*

*Everyone gets confortable in the living room while Talic and Sapphire sit on the couch*

Talic: *stis down and genty sets Northstar on her feet* Go on and say hi? Noone's going to hurt you.

Northstar: *looks up timidly at taic th en over at the hybrid*

Ash; Sorry for the scare didn't mean any harm.

Northstar: *softly, her thumb in her mouth* It's ok..

Kenji; *nods* Good but next time mind your manners Ashton. *he looked over to his uncle smiled gently*

Northstar: *soflty* I'm sorry i bit you.

Ash; Don't worry I deserved it.

Talic: *to ashton* She does not like to be grabbed like that. It scares her.

Ash; *nods* I uderstand.

Northstar: *goes to get some of her toys*

Sapphire; *lay back against the couch*

Northstar: *comes down to share her toys with the cousins*

Ozzy: *falls asleep on Sapphire's chest*

*THe kids start playing with her as Kenji starts reading a book*

Northstar: *seesm to be calm now, no longer frightened from having been grabbed*

Sapphire; *carries ozzy back to bed*

Ozzy: *wakes up as they step into his room and clings to her*

Sapphure; *sighs softly and sits on the bed*

Ozzy: *nuzzles into his shoulder*

Sapphire; *softly begins singing to him*

Ozzy: *snuggles up to her, sniffling softly*

Sapphire; *starts rocking him slowly*

ozzy: *rests his head on her shoulder again, hugging her*

Sapphire; *hugs him gently as she keeps rocking him*

Ozzy: *softly* Hold me a while?

Sapphire; *smiled and cradled him close*

Ozzy: *rests his heado n her shoulder, and coughs a little, his ffever seems to be back but it's not as bad*

Sapphire; Poor baby. *kisses him*

Ozzy: *snuggles* M'tired mama....

Sapphire; *shocked* ~It's probably his fever saying that.~ *she began softly singiing the lullaby*

Ozzy: Mmm.. *snuggles into her chest, closing his eyes*

Sapphire; *kept singing as she rocked him gently*

Ozzy: *goes to sleep, one arm wrapped around her, now limp at his side, his thumb in ihs mouth*

Sapphire; *gently lays him on his bed, covering him witg lose sheets and quietly slipps out, heading downstiars*

Ozzy: *continues to suck his thumb*

Northstar: Is Ozzy sleeping miss sapphire? *looks up at her*

Sapphire; Yes sweetie, he exhausted poor thing. *she sat beside Talic*

Talic: *smiles and watches the kids play*

Northstar: *nods a little and giggles softly as she plays*

Sapphire; *smiles as she watches the kuds, old memoried beginning to surface*

Northstar: *starts to giggle some more and initiates a hide and seek*

*The others joined in*

Sapphire: Guys keep the noise level low Ozzy's asleep at the moment and he needs plenty of rest.

talic: *keeps an eye on the kids and chuckles softly as he watches them*

Kenji: *silently laughs as he watches the kids*

Northstar: *getting moreplayful, glomps Kenji at one point*

Kenji; Hey! *he chuckles and hugs her*

Northstar: *giggles softly and sits in his lap then glomps one of the other kids*

H; *comes up behind her and nuzzles her*

Northstar: *giggles and nuzzles back*

Sapphire: *lightly chuckles*

Kenji; Guess we timed it badly if Ozzy's sick.

Northstar: He hasn't been feeling well for a few days.

Kenji: *bit his lip*

Ozzy: *starts to whine softly*

Sapphire: Excuse me. *she heads upstairs*

Ozzy: *is sitting up in bed with his hand on his stomache*

Sapphire; *sits on the bed* What's wrong sweetie?

Ozzy: Tummy hurts...

Sapphire: *takes him into her lap and begins to gently massage his stomach*

Ozzy: *sniffles softly and rests his head on her shoulder, he feels a little warm but it's not severe*

Sapphire; *grabs a washcloth, damps it and dabs his forehead*

Ozzy: *rests his head on her shoulder, sucking his thumb* I need a ch-change...

Sapphire; *smiled* C'mon. *carries him into the bathroom*

Ozzy: *cuddles into her chest as she takes him into the bathroom so he can be changed*

Sapphire; *lays him down on the floor and changes him*

Ozzy: *blushes a little* I'm sorry i couldn't hold it...

Sapphire; Sweetie it's not your fault. *she tosses the soilt one in the trash then slid a clean one under him, applying the oil and powdere and fastens it tight* There you go, sweetie. *rubs his stomach*

Ozzy: *reaches for her again*

Sapphire; *lifts him up and cradles him then sat down on the bed*

Ozzy: *nuzzles into her chest and cuddles close*

Sapphire; *held him close, softly rocking him*

Ozzy: *nuzzles again and closes his eyes*

Ozzy: *is mostly tired today*

Sapphire; *gently set him back on his bed, kissed his forehead and softly hummed to him* Rest, my little one. *she said this in a voice that wasn't hers*

Ozzy: *snuggles into the bed* mama....

Sapphire: *smiled softly and quiet crept out of the room* Angel. *she entered the living room*
