*it was the last day of school for all the 7th years, n The Marauders were anxious to find out which college were they sent to for further studies. NEWTS results was always the determining factor as to which college they will be enrolled into*
Sirius: *gathered in front of the billboard, checking out his name*
James came up next to him. "Hey." he smiled and looked at his scores too. "Where is Moony?"
Sirius: I dunno. Last I saw him was at the Great Hall. I thought he was with u?
"Nope. I went to see Lilly."
Sirius: Hmm, odd. I thought he was most anxious of us all to find out his sc...ah! Speak of the devil
Remus: *waved at them as he approached them* Hey, guys. Sorry, I was called in for a club meeting
"Thought you wanted to see the scores."
Remus: Yeah I do, bt they just wont let up. Said the scores not going anywhere. So where r u designated to?
Sirius: *looks up at the scores* Woah. I'm issued to Kromagg Boarding College. Surprising, since I nvr thought I'd get any higher scores
"Pads, me too. Father was wanted me to go in Merlin's Accadomy. But I didn't get a higher score in Charms. And I heard they were full." he looked to see Lily's score. "Aww, Lily got in to Merlin's."
Remus: *looks up at his scores* Woah, I'm going to Kromagg's too! Cool, our Marauder still stands! Although I think Wormtail aint lucky
Sirius: *looks up* Woah. He's going to Titan's Apprenticeship. Tht is like, ugh, the graveyard of all school rejects. Poor guy
"He will servive. He can fit into small spaces." He laughed.
Remus: Hey~ Tht's not nice
Sirius: Oh, dont be so uptight, Moons. He'll do just fine *ruffled Remus' hair*
"We better sign up for dorms. I have dips on Pads as my roomy."
Sirius: I was gonna say the same thing too *chuckles as he patted James' back* Sorry, Moons. Ur on ur own now
Remus: S'ok. I'm fine. Dont wanna disturb u two "lovebirds" there *chuckled teasingly*
"Aw, you know I love you too." he planted a kiss on his lips not even thinking about it. He laughed.
Sirius: *laughs as well, also thinking none of it, thinking it was just a tease*
Remus: *widened his eyes at the kiss, blushing terribly, his heart almost skipping a beat* Th-Th-Tht's not funny, Paddy
James grinned. "I better go congradulate Lily." he wiggled his eyebrows.
Sirius: *laughs* Ur a stud monkey, u knw tht, Pads? Get outta here *pushed him away playfully*
He grinned and went off.
Remus: *watched sadly as James went off, before being distracted by Sirius to go celebrate at Hogsmeade*
In a little town outside of Loundon Severus Snape had resived his grades too. He sighed and look out the window. He had been accepted into the Potion's program at Kromaggs.
Eileen: *sees her son looking sadly out the window n approached him* Wht's wrong, son? Didnt do too well in ur grades?
"No. I got all Os expect an E in Astronomy. I am accetped to Kromaggs." he let her see.
Eileen: *looks at the result* Tht's wonderful, luv. Kromaggs hv a rather good reputation nxt to Merlin's Academy. Why the sad face then?
"Mum, I can't go. You couldn't afford to send me to Hogwarts. There is no way you can send me to that college."
Eileen: Dont worry, luv. I came to tell u good news. U will get to go to college now
"H...how? Father doesn't have the money."
Eileen: U grandfather, my father, decided to fund us the money for ur schooling aftr we had a little...long talk
"We decides to do it now? After Selene had to marry that jerk to get away from the other jerk, called out father? No I refuse to have anything to do with him."
Eileen: Pls, luv, be reasonable. I'm doing this for ur own good. U need the decent education n I cant bear to see u end up in some apprenticeship academy. U r born for greater things, luv, n ur grandfather sees tht. He said he was sorry for shutting us out, n would like to repay it evn if only just this much
"Not good enough. I will never forgive him. He only wants me to be like a proxy heir since your brother did like what I hope Father does, drink himself to death." he crossed his arms.
Eileen: Pls, luv. If u wont do it for him, do it for me. I had to steel myself n hold bk my urge to yell ur grandpa dwn to talk to him in a civilized manner. We need the money n u need the education. U deserve a better future than any of us combined. I hv high hopes for u, my little lovebug
Severus sighed. He could never say no to his mother, "Ok, Mum. I will accept his money, but that is all."
Eileen: *smiles n hugs him* Tht's my little lovebug. I think a celebration is in order. Maybe we can go out n celebrate, just u, me n Selene, since ur dad is away for the nxt few days
"If you want, Mum." he nodded.
Eileen: *smiled n made her way to the fireplc to firecall her daughter*
Severus sighed. Damn his mother could just make him feel bad about anything. Even taking the money from a grandfather he hated.
