Refuged Love-Chapter 41

*another couple of mths passed n Draco has reached his 7th mth of pregnancy. Mood swings n cravings aside, he was coping rather well, especially with Harry's help, n he has learnt quite a bit of child-rearing frm babysitting Aleah occasionally wen Harry needs to do his training*

He was doing just that with little Aleah who was trying to crawl but really just moving back and for on the floor. Draco bent down to pick her up when he felt a pain go through his back. He sat back down but the pain intensafied. "Oh God." then one went through his stomach. "REMUS!" He called out, hoping he was inside and now outside watching Harry and Severus.

Remus: *was indeed outside watching them bt his sharp ears caught his shout nonetheless, n was inside the house in a jiffy* Drake? Mate? Something wrong? U OK?

"Pain, AH!" Draco screamed when the pain went through him. The scream also cause Aleah to start crying. "I think, oh god it hurts. I hate you, you did this to me."

Remus: OK, OK, I got u, just stay there for a while, OK? I'll call Harry to handle Aleah first *sticks his head out the window* Har! Severus! Stop whtevr ur doing n get in here! Draco is in labour n I cant handle both him n Aleah!

Harry: *stopped* Wht?? He's in labour?? Bt he's only 7 mths along! *comes in anyway n picks Aleah up* OK, OK, shh, its OK, Uncle Draco is just going to hv the babies

Draco was screaming so much pain as his water broke. he babies wanted to come out and now.

Severus came a moment later with the potions for both Draco and the babies. "Ok we need to get him out of here and to his own bed. Lupin you carry him, Harry once Aleah has calm down I need you to get this mess cleaned up and bring clean towels to the bedroom."

"I can't take it. It hurts so much. Remus, make it stop. Please." Draco begged, tears in his eyes.

Remus: Shh...Its OK, u can take it. Its gonna be alright. I'm right here *carried him with his super strength n brought him into their bedroom*

Harry: *did as he was told, calming Aleah dwn n let her play with some toys in her crib before magicking the mess n brought in the towels*

Severus gave Draco a potion to numb some of the pain. Then went about reading himself. Their were three babies to come out this time and they needed all the help they could get.

The potion took affect and lessened the pain giving Draco some time to relax and get ready for the birth. "Remus am I really having three babies?" Like he didn't know he was. He was just scared.

Remus: Yes u r *rubbed n massaged his belly gently to help him ease more pain as he sat behind Draco, letting him lean against him* Ur going to give birth to 3 wonderful beautiful babies, n we're all here to support u *kissed him*

Harry: *came to his side n held his hand* U'll be fine. Evrything's gonna be OK. We're here for ya

"I don't know if i can. Harry is really as painfull as it looked?" He asked Harry, painic on his face.

"Wow five cm. These babies want to get out." Severus pushed up the robes to expose his bottom.

Harry: *chuckles* I wont lie to u, bt if u stay calm n breathe thru it its not so bad, trust me. Now follow my actions *took deep laboured breaths, trying to get the blonde to mimic him*

Remus: *seems to hv sympathy pains for Draco n unconsciously mimicked Harry too*

Another pain went through him but it was not as bad as the first. "Ok." he started to breath slow. "Remus.. what are we having?" He asked.

Remus: *blinked for a moment* I thought u wanted it to be a surprise n u banned me frm telling u tht

"I want to know...I am about to have them. Oh it burns." he wimmpered.

Severus checked him again. "Seven cm. You are really rolling along. I suspect you will be pushing with in twenty minutes."

Remus: Alright. I'll tell u then. We're hving 2 boys n 1 girl, n right now, I'm sniffing the boy is coming out, n tht's the Baby C u've been complaining abt kicking ur liver *chuckles*

"I knew it. He is just like his Papa, always hungry." Draco wimppered again and tried to breath in and out.

Remus: *laughs quietly* Maybe he's looking forward to hv his first taste of Mama's milk. How far along more, Severus?

Harry: *giggled at Draco's snide remark then coached him to breathe again*

Draco hit Remus in the stomach. "Not funny, Remus. AH, AH! It hurts it hurts."

"That is becuase the first baby is crowning. Now Draco I need you push, long and hard. You have to get all three out in half an hour."

Draco started to push hard and wimpered in pain.

Harry: Tht's good. Keep going, ur doing great

Remus: U can do it, my mate. I love u *massaged his bk to help him push better*

"Oh god. It hurts so much. I don't know if I can go threw this two more times." He pushed harder getting the head completely.

"Ok, go slow so I can ge the shoulders out. for premeter babies this one is quite big."

Remus: We're here for u, just keep going

Harry: If ur too tired, I can help u a bit. Dont worry, just keep breathing

"I am not tired it just..grrr hurts!" he said through gritted teeth as the first baby came out.

Remus: Is it out? Is he OK? *looks ovr Draco's shoulder to see the baby*

Harry: Oh wow, he's so big! He's so big n beautiful! 10 fingers n 10 toes. N he's got ur hair, Draco!

"Oh, I want to see him." Draco reached out his hands.

Severus cut the cord and cleaned him up. "There." He sat the boy in his arms.

"He is beautiful, Remus. What should we name him?" Pain shot through him again. "No not yet."

Harry: U'll get to name them soon enough, just concentrate on pushing. I'll take him for a while *carries the baby out of Draco's arms n rubbed off most of the blood n womb juice off him n wrapped him up gently in a towel* There, here;s to keep u warm, little cubby. U'll get ur bath later *puts him inside a Moses basket he transfigurated before returning to Draco*

Remus: Easy there, my mate. Baby A is coming thru. Its a girl, n she seems quite impatient, like u *grins n kissed his sweaty cheek*

"I'm not ready. Don't make me go through this again. I don't want to." But his body was already pushing.

Harry: U cant stop evn if u want to. C'mon, take deep breaths, just like tht, n pushed slowly

Remus: I'm here, baby, I'm here. Shh...U can do it, I believe in u

Draco put his head in Remus chest as he pushed the second one out, a little bloodier than the first baby.

"Yes, it is a girl." He gave her off to Harry to clean up because the third one was coming fast.

Harry: *quickly took the baby n did as he did to the boy*

Remus: Here comes the last one, my mate. U can do it. Our little boy

"I don't know if I can." he panted but he tried his best.

"Slow Draco, slow." Severus said, the head popping out with a lot of blood.

Harry: *sees the blood* I...Is tht suppose to be normal, Master?

Remus: *looks dwn to see the blood, looking a little worried*

"No. I think he is hemeraging." He looked in his potion and picked up on. "Feed this to him." He said, giving it to Remus and slowly pulled the baby out the last bit and gave it to Harry. Then he started going on the after birth. Once he could get that out then he could deal with the blood.

Remus: *took the potion n brought it to Draco's lips* Drink this, Drake, for me, plz

Harry: *watched worriedly as he accio-ed the basin of warm water n cleaned the babies one by one, washing them thoroughly off all the blood before putting them in clean blankets n enlarged the Moses basket to fit all three of them in*

Once the birth was out Severus started working on Draco to get him to stop bleeding.

Draco sleepily drank the potion then fell alseep.

Remus: *watched worriedly as Severus did his best to stop the bleeding*

Harry: *his heart pounded nervously at Draco's unknown fate*

Severus kept working, even telling Harry to give Draco anohter dose of the potion before he finally got the blood stoppped. he leaned back looking at all the blood. "Lupin slowly pick Draco up, not far from the bed and Harry help he pull the comfoter off. Then put Draco back down."

Remus: *nodded n carried Draco bridal style close to him, his eyes glanced at the triplets n smiled, waiting for Harry to do his thing*

Harry: *does so, pulling the comforter off as fast as he could*

Severus helped him. "Now put Draco back down, gently."

Remus: *nods n puts him dwn as gently as he could* Is he going to be OK, Severus?

"i hope so, but he needs to rest. We can try to get the babies to feed but right now he needs to sleep then when he wakes up he will need to eat things high in iron."

Remus: *nods, then turns to the triplets in the Moses basket, carrying it placing it on his lap* So beautiful. They all hv their mother's hair

Harry: They're so cute~ Evn tho they're premature, n they got a loud cry, meaning they're breathing well, so I dont see them needing to be incubated, do they, Master?

"No, it does not look like they do. But the girl looks a little junduce. Just let her have some sun light and eat good she will be fine." Severus nodded, cleaning up his hands.

Remus: *nods n looked lovingly at his cubs. He will wait till his mate wake up to give them names*

Harry: *takes Severus' hand n jerked his head gently, hinting to leave them alone now*

Severus nodded and left with Harry to give Remus time to bond with his babies.

Draco was still sleeping, buth is plae face was getting some more color in it.

Remus: *waited patiently, cooing at the tuckered out triplets*
