Tamaki: *was doing writing down in the Death note and started to do his homework*

Himawari: I'm gonna go visit Pops

Rito: Wat for, Hima-chan?

Himawari: To kill him

Tamaki: Why do you need to kill him? If you do that, we'll be drawing attention to ourselves

Himawari: Bcoz he abandoned us. He deserves it. Dont worry, I'll make his death peaceful. It'll be like I wasnt there at all

Rito: Can I go watch?

Himawari: *shrugs* Watevr. Dont wait up for me, Oni-chan *left the house*

Tamaki: I swear, that girl can be so reckless sometimes

Himawari: *walked all the way to the trailer park where their father stayed*

Rito: Tht's where ur oto-san stays?

Himawari: Yeah, he dumped mom n stayed here evr since. Nvr reli cared, bt he was nvr mean to me either. I'd rather be ignored by him than being with my mom *knocks on the door*

Tamaki: *followed her afterwards* I gave in. Im gonna be here

Himawari: Why? U nvr cared abt dad either

Tamaki: I just want to stop running away from it and confront the bastard.

Himawari: Hmm, he's not answering. Must be drunk again *tries the door* Its open

Rito: *looks in interestingly*

Tamaki: Hey! Old man!!

Himawari; *sees him on the trailer bed, snoring his head off* Dont yell, he's snoring his head off. He's prolly practically dead drunk

Rito: Well, according to my eyes, he's still got a number of yrs to live, surprisingly

Tamaki: Sis, we don't have to do this...

Himawari: I'm putting him out of his misery. He may not hv laid a finger on us bt he nvr tried to save us frm mom. He deserves it *sits beside him n stroke his hair* How many yrs more for him?

Rito; I'm not obliged to tell. It is my code as SHinigami

Tamaki: *he looked down* He's got 6 years left to live...

Himawari: *blinked* How did u knw?

Tamaki: I talk to him...on the phone

Himawari: N u nvr told me? Wat's he got tht he's got tht little?

Tamaki: He's got liver cancer. I've been chatting with him for the past couple years...he didn't leave us. He was forced away by our mother.

Himawari: Huh. OK. With his drinking, I'm not surprised *takes out the notebook* Its been a good one, dad *writes his name n his cause of death as slipping peacefully away in his sleep due to intoxication*

Tamaki: *walked to his father and hugged him* Good bye, Father. *stood up and walked out with a brave face, but a few tears falling*

Himawari: *waited till he left before she lay on her father, her face buried on his chest n sobbed*

Rito: *followed behind Tamaki, then tapped his shoulder n made him watch thru the window at her*

Tamaki: *he looked through the window. BEfore he left, he grabbed a bottle of alcohol, a lighter and a towel. Since his father lived in the middle of nowhere, he wanted to destory any trace of his father. BEfore that, he wiped off all fingerprints* Sis, cmon, let's go

Himawari: *wipes her tears n pretend she didnt cried just now* Wat r u doing? I just killed Dad. Just leave it at tht. No one will suspect a thing

Tamaki: *Showed the piece of paper given to him by their father* He asked me

Himawari: Huh? *looks at the paper*

TAmaki: He asked me if he died, to burn his body and his home from orders. That's why he lives out here

Himawari: Frm orders? Why would he wanna do tht? *helps him with the alcohol* Is he running away frm somebody or someone?

Tamaki: It feels like it's his fault we came up like this. He wants our forgiveness. And I did...*threws the bottle which started a fire in the trailer* Cmon, let's go

Himawari: *didnt say anything, bt took her brother's hand n left with him, not looking behind him*

Tamaki: *they walked home, tears falling from his eyes*

Himawari: *still putting up a front. She didnt like crying in front of her brother*

Tamaki: You don't have to hide it in, sister.

Himawari: *looked away* I dunno wat ur talking abt

Rito: *just watched them quietly*

Tamaki: I saw through the window of the trailer, you were crying on dad's chest

Himawari: *blushed* I did not

Tamaki: Sis, you know I don't like it when you lie

Himawari: I didnt cry! I didnt!! Why would I cry for tht lousy son of a bitch who didn't care abt me! Abt us! He should've rescued us frm Mom! He should've! He...!! *hit at Tamaki's chest until she cried on it, wailing out loud*

Tamaki: *he held his sister close to him, calming her down*

Himawari: *wails n sobs hard in his arms*

Tamaki: Cmon, let's get some sleep.

Himawari: *nods n leaned on him as they head home*
