*talic is accustomed to people being afraid of him at first glance and decided it best just not to go for fear of spoiling the meal*

Northstar: *giggles* Uncle talic's not scary. *of course she's known him all her life and to her his presence means cuddles and protection*
Thrax: That's because you've known him all your life but when people first meet him he can frighten them slightly.

*inside the locket there are actually several pictures stuffed in the acordian style, the first one being her mother*
*on the other side is a picture of her father, turning the pages, reveals a picture of Northstar as a baby and another one of talic giving one sleepy-eyed baby a bottle while another, identicle one, sleeps on his chest, presumably already fed*
A: *looked at the photos and smiled softly*
Johnathan: *smiled as well* He really cares for you young one.
Northstar: *nods* After mama amd Mysteria died dad got really angry and mean... and uncle talic moved in... and my daddy didn't like it much... one time he threw me agaiNorthstart the stairs and uncle talic made himself all shadowy adn got in between us and then he took me away upstairs
A: *gasped* How can anyone do that to an angel like you?

Thrax: *leads them to Sapphire's home and knocks the door*
Lily: *answers* Oh good you three please come in. *she gestured them in*
Northstar: *clings to thrax, sucking her thumb as ozzy steps in*
Ozzy: *looks around a bit* wow. Nice place.
Thrax: Thank you. *heenters as well.*
Northstar: *enters with Thrax*
Lily: Thanks my step-mother's got a knack for decorating.
Ozzy: She sure does.
Northstar: *looks around timidly*
Thrax: *smiles* Really beautiful.

Sapphire: *smiles and comes over* I'm glad you guys could make it.

Saphire: Why don't you come sit in the living room? *smiles* Dinner wiill be ready soon

Lily: *knealt beside Northstar* It's okay, daddy may look rough but he's just a big teddy bear.
Northstar: *nods alittle and looks timidly up at the older white blood cell*

Johnathan: I'm the exact same with Sapphire. She's not my daughter by blood but I still love her.

Northstar: *curiosity overriding her shyness for the moment looks at the food lain out on the table*

A: *laughs* Eat up everyone there's plenty.

*the table had several types of food, all prepared with skill. There were meats, veg, dairly, fish, drinks and all in different varieties.*

Northstar: *softly* I've got lots of them*
Thrax: She very fond of cheese but she can't eat meat.
A: *smiled, lifting a lid off a pot and revealed cheesy pasta covered in bread crumbs* How's this sweetie?
Northstar: That loosk really yummy! *smiles*

Lily: *serves it out on a plate* Would you like anything else?
Northstar: *points to some of the other veggies*
Lily: *selects the portsioNorthstar and set the plate in front of Northstar* There you are Northstar. *she sat back down after selecting her own*

A: What about you Ozzy? There's plently there.
Ozzy: *gets some dinner*
Thrax: *laughed slightly, selecting his own and starts eating*
*Everyone digs in and clears away every plateand everything on the table*

Northstar: *nods and looks up* uh huh. *though knows her brother got in troubtle so that kind of upset her*
Thrax: *walks in holding Ozzy, knelting next to the tub and nuzzles her gently* I know what happened to Ozzy upset you sweetie but it's the only way he'll learn and I do it to teach him a lesson, not to hurt him.
Northstar: *nods a little and gets out to go hug them even though she's all wet and her hair is full of shampoo*
THrax: *gently hugs them both, no minding his sweater getting wet*

THrax: *gently baths Ozzy, mindful of his sore butt*

Talic: *true to his word,, very gently, bites into Thrax's neck, his fangs secreting a kind of topical antisthetic to help further dull the pain, nothing that will harm the virus however*
THrax: *closes his eyes, allowing Talic to feed*
Talic: *takes a little blood from him, not much, enough to slake his th irst but once again taking very careful heed of the pressure in Thrax's veins so as not to take too much nothing more than the virus' body can spare and when he's done he removes his fangs as gently as he bit*
THrax: *slightly opens his eyes* Well?
Talic: Your blood is actually more sating than a human's. I was careful not to take too much however. HOw do you feel my brother?
Thrax: *shakes his head* A little light headed but that's probably my nerves.
Talic: *nods* I will take less next time.
