I Almost Said I Love You-Chapter 86

*it was almost nightfall before Oz's body was ready to wake up, n only Thrax was by his side all day, rocking Amber to sleep aftr her feed n nappy change in her crib while watching ovr Oz*

Ozzy groaned and began to stir, wincing before suddenly snapping awake and sitting up, his eyes wide as he panted, sweating a little. Wincing, he gripped his head before he covered his mouth, feeling a little sick.

Thrax: *saw him awoke n quickly grabbed a nearby bin for Oz to puke* Let it all out, baby. Dont hold bk

Ozzy gripped the bin before he emptied his stomach, gagging and coughing. He shuddered, images of his dream still flashing through him.

Thrax: *patted his bk to help him let whtevr was in his gut, rubbing it as well to help him ease the nausea*

Ozzy shuddered and soon sat up, wiping his mouth slowly. "S-sorry..." he mumbled, moving to reach for his bag beside his bed, searching through it before he pulled out something he hadn't worn since he helped Thrax with the heist. His bandana. Pulling it around his neck, he tied it and began to toy with it like usual for comfort.

Thrax: I see u still keep it, huh? Well, as long as ur relaxed *tightened his grip a little at Oz's hand* I'm...I'm sorry...

Ozzy flushed a little. "... I don't wear it incase it gets ripped..." he mumbled before blinking and shaking his head. "You have nothing to be sorry for..."

Thrax: Yes I do! I was supposed to protect u! Yet I slept thru it!! U were hurt n I wasn't there to save u frm it!! Wht kind of mate am I if I cant protect the one I love?! Dammit!! *slams his fist against the bunk bed wall, creating a dent*

Ozzy blinked in surprise, biting his lip before reaching out, taking the other's hand from the wall and holding to his cheek. "It wasn't your fault... he did something to you guys... and I'm okay, yeah... I got hurt, but... I'm alive..."

Thrax: *tries to calm dwn his heavy breathing as he allowed Oz to take his hand* Whtevr he did to both us n u, he is going to PAY!

Ozzy looked up at him, gently nuzzling his hand, able to feel how angry he was. "Thrax... I... I had a dream..." he mumbled, glancing away and biting his lip. "I don't know if it's anything to be scared of... but... it worried me..."

Thrax: *leaned close to him* S'ok, u can tell me anything, baby

Ozzy nodded slowly, biting his lip. "I... I dreamt she found us... the virus told her where we were and... You guys fought her but she just... torn you apart one by one... Even Amber... And... and she made me watch... she told me it was all my fault... and..." he paused again, ending up throwing up in the bin again when he remembered the dream.

Thrax: *patted his back again, easing him dwn. Once he was done hurling, he stroke his head, kissing it* She wont hurt us, baby. She will nvr get us. N if she did catch up with us, I wont evr let u or myself lose to her. I didnt run away frm her for so many decades just to get myself caught, baby. I promise

Ozzy coughed the last out, his stomach now empty as he slumped against the virus. "I... I won't let her take you away from me... or the other's... I... I finally have a real family, even if they are a bunch of viruses..."

Thrax: *chuckles* Ur half virus too, so tht makes u evn more part of us. I wont let her take me away either, n I wont let her hurt either of us. I promise u tht, baby

Ozzy huffed a little and stuck his tongue out at the virus before blinking. "Thrax... where ARE the others?" he asked, frowning a little as he looked around.

Thrax: They went out to scope the area, see if they can find Majah again. I would've gone if the dweebs hadnt forced Amber on me to look aftr while they're gone

Ozzy frowned a little before nodding slowly. "... They better come back okay..." he mumbled, slumping against the virus' body.

Thrax: They can take care of themselves. They been on the run longer than I hv. I'm sure they'll be fine *saw Amber finally asleep n put her close to the twins' bed*

Ozzy sighed and nodded slowly, looking to the little bundle sleeping, biting his lip. "... She's not worthless..."

Thrax: *turned to him, surprised* Why do u say tht?

"That virus... he called her worthless... because she didn't kill the cell... she's not... and I won't let anyone call my family worthless..." Ozzy mumbled, fowning a little.

Thrax: *sighed* Well, tht's wht u get for viruses like those, I suppose. Not all viruses r like us, u must remember. To them, their spawns r supposed to do their job to kill the city n spawn into other cells to increase their numbers. Bt dont worry, no one will evr say tht to u. I'll hv their heads for it

"If the stupid dog hadn't bit me... I would of kicked his ass..." Ozzy grumbled and scowled, watching the sleeping baby, feeling odd as he watched her.

Thrax: Well, at least u managed to live thru it, n I'm glad u did *nuzzled him before noticing* Wht's this, baby? Getting attached?

"... Only cause I remembered you telling me that a HIV virus' weakness is the dog... if I hadn't, I would of been dead..." Ozzy mumbled before blinking in surprise, flushing deeply. "W-wha? No!"

Thrax: Yeah, right. U've got tht odd look on ur face everytime u look dwn at Amber. Why? Ready to hv one of ur own then? *grins at him*

Ozzy's eyes widened more as his whole face heated up. "N-no!" he called out, covering his face and groaning. "It's just... I think she has to be the first kid I've actually liked..."

Ozzy flushed and grumbled to himself. "Just because I like them doesn't mean I want one..." he mumbled and pouted, his arms crossing over his chest with a wince.

Thrax: Right, keep telling urself tht n u might just believe it *sees Klepta n the twins entered* How's it going, guys?

Klepta: So far, so good. There's no sign of him anywhere, n there were no indications tht Big Mama was here

Rouge: Hai hai. N we found out how he managed to follow us. There's his bloody baka inu's claw prints on the roof of the van. He must've leapt onto it the moment we flush out thru the nosebleed to get here

Ozzy blinked and looked up, frowning a little before he shook his head slowly. "But... but she's close... I know it..." he mumbled, pulling his knees to his chest.

Thrax: Then we're gonna hv to take dwn this body in record time n get the hell out of here ASAP to beat her off her trail

*the other bros nodded*

Ozzy nodded slowly. He didn't want it, but they had to get out of here as soon as possible. He shuddered, he felt like she was closer than they knew.

Klepta: *took the wheel n drove it dwn to somewhere near the brain centre* We're not gonna go stealth mode anymore, now tht we're pressing for time. We'll go for broke, n go all out on a epidemic rampage. Bt just in case, u, Rodeo, stay behind with Oz on the lookout

Rodeo: Nani? Boku~?

Rouge: Totto, onegai shimasu (lil bro, plz). Amber-chan needs her mother too

Rodeo: *hesitates before sighing* Hai hai

Ozzy looked up and smiled weakly. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you, stupid." he said, laughing weakly, trying to make a joke about it all.

Rodeo: *laughed* If ur not hurt now, I'd give u a noogie like oni-chan did *ruffled the cell's hair*

Klepta: Alright. U guys ready?

Rouge: Hai!

Thrax: Ready as I'll evr be *flared his claw*

Ozzy huffed and grinned. "Oh yeah, bring it!" he teased, getting to his feet but ended up wincing and holding his side.

Thrax: Ur gonna bring it by staying here with Rodeo on the lookout, n to protect the kids. Got it? *gave a kiss before following Klepta n Rouge, charging into the brain centre, not caring abt stealth mode anymore*

Rodeo: Yare, yare. Genki desu ne~ *chuckles as he went to chk on Amber*

Ozzy blinked in surprise before giving his lost puppy look as his mouth hung open. "Ah, this is so unfair!" he huffed and grumbled, his eyes narrowing a little before he looked to Rodeo, pouting before he threw a pillow at him.

Rodeo: *easily dodge the pillow* Shh, shizuka ni (keep quiet). Amber-chan is sleeping ne *rocked the crib some more to lull her to sleep wen she stirred a little*

Ozzy blinked before rubbing the back of his neck. "A-ah... sorry..." he mumbled before he limped out of the bedroom area and to the kitchen area.

Rodeo: *could see frm the window of the trailer tht the guys were making noise, judging by the shouts n screams n the immunity tht gathered ard the area* Moh~! I wish I were there too ne~!

Ozzy pouted a little, nodding in agreement. "Same~" he whined, looking to the window himself and sighing.

Rodeo: Ne, Oz to-chan. U got any sibs? U nvr seem to talk abt them though, or ur family *tucked the baby in*

Ozzy blinked and froze, biting his lip before putting the packet of cookies down. "O-oh... I didn't? Eheh... funny that..."

Rodeo: Maa, Thrax ottoto-chan didnt say much abt u, saying tht it's ur right to tell us. Bt if u dont wanna tell or not ready yet, daijobu ne. U can tell us in time

Ozzy blinked and smiled weakly at the virus. "... Thanks, Rodeo..." he mumbled, moving to get out some cookies before moving to get himself a drink.

Amber: *soiled her diapers n started stirring awake, crying to be changed*

Rodeo: A-ra? *took a whiff of the diaper n cringed* Moh, boo-boo ne? Hai hai, ka-chan will change it for u *started changing her diapers*

Ozzy blinked as he came back, cringing at the smell. "Oh man, what in Frank is that smell?" he asked, covering his mouth and nose, stepping back out the bedroom area.

Rodeo: Amber-chan made her first boo-boo, tht's wht *changes the diapers, cleaned her off the crap n powdered her before putting a fresh diaper* There, all done *chucked the soiled diaper into the bin*

"Gross... I never knew kids stank that bad..." Ozzy groaned, moving to get his drink, sipping at it.

Rodeo: Its like tht for babies. It'll be more bearable once they're older. I knw. I've changed Edison ototto n Lavinia n Lavatnia imoto-chan a number of times

Ozzy blinked, looking to Rodeo. "Huh? Oh! The other siblings, right?" he mumbled, moving to hold out a second cup to the other, wincing a little. "Here."

Rodeo: *takes the drink* Arigato *drank them dwn before seeing the three viruses burst out of the window* Sa, ikimasho, Oz to-chan *passed Amber to Oz n took the wheel, driving at full speed to tht direction*

Ozzy blinked as he took Amber before gasped, nearly falling over as Rodeo drove off, moving to sit on the bed with Nessie and Chico, holding the baby close.

Amber: *used to the car driving by now n knwing tht it was her mother driving, seemed to now enjoy the full-speed as she raised her arms, giggling*

Rodeo: *chuckles at Amber's giggling before swerving thru the immunity cars tht surrounded the building, crashing ovr them like bowling pins before hitting the brakes to allow the three viruses to at least climb onto the sides*

Ozzy blinked and smiled a little at the baby's giggling, shaking his head. "Turning into a spaz just like Mommy, huh?" he teased, holding her close so she didn't fall.

Klepta: *as he made sure everyone grabbed hold of the trailer van, banged the side, urging them to go*

Rodeo: *got the cue n drove at top speed, totally beating traffic*

Rouge: *managed to climb in n nuzzled at Amber* I'll be right back, ne? Oto-chan has to take care of some crazy immunity cars *extends his claws n deflected any shots tht were fired into the van*

The baby gurgled happily at the nuzzle, her hands popping out the blanket Ozzy wrapped her in to make grabby hands, giggling happily as they drove off, the cell gently rocking her.

Klepta: *climbs in along with Thrax* Brace urselves, everyone! Thrax just made our getaway. We're gonna be coughed out! Rodeo, press the anti-gravity button n the shields as well

Rodeo: Hai~! *does so, the mechanized sounds came again before they were immediately shot out frm the mouth as the guy coughed, soon flying in the mid-air*

Ozzy held Amber close when the trailer jolted from the cough, wincing as he banged his shoulder on the wall before grumbling. "Could you make it anymore rougher!"

Thrax: Sorry, baby. This is how it should be if we're evr gonna get out frm heists like these. U OK there, baby? I hope u didnt tear ur sutures

Ozzy blinked and shook his head. "Nah, I'm fine!" he called back though looked to his shoulder, his eyes widening a little as he saw he was bleeding again.

Thrax: *saw the bleeding too* I think ur less than fine. C'mon *handed the baby to Rouge before taking him to the bathroom for the first-aid*

Ozzy groaned and shook his head. "N-no! I'm fine~ Not again!" he whined at him, wincing as he held his shoulder, glaring up at him.

Thrax: Sorry, baby. Bt ur regenerative features is not enough to cure this. Ur gonna hv to be resutured. C'mon. It'll only be like a small sting *takes the sutures out, cutting off the ones tht were broken n started restitching him*

"No, I can regenerate fine! I just need some rest, really! I-argh!" Ozzy cried out, gritting his teeth as he felt the virus starting to stitch him up again.

Thrax: U can lean against me n bite me if u want, bt I gotta do this, baby *brought Oz's head close to let him lean against his shoulder before continuing to stitch him*

Ozzy hissed out before he decided to take the other up on his advice before he bit down hard on the virus' shoulder, hissing and whimpering out.

Thrax: *winced a little at the bite bt thought none of it as he finished up the sutures n rebandaging it again* There, there, baby. It's ovr now

Ozzy panted against his shoulder, flushing and squirming around against him, cursing the damned virus. It stung, but unfortunately, his body thought it was good. "I-I hate you..." he whispered, feeling heat building slowly in his lower stomach.

Thrax: *felt the cell trembling in his arms, panting needily, then chuckles* U want it, dontcha, baby? The pain turning u on there?

Ozzy flushed and grumbled. "Shut it!" he snapped before biting his shoulder again, squirming still.

Thrax: *barely felt the bite as he carried him to the bunk beds* Sorry baby, bt I cant let u hv the pleasure yet, since ur reli hurt n all *lay him on the bed* Nice n easy, baby

Ozzy groaned as he was picked up, glaring at the virus though he flushed. When he was laid down, he winced as he managed to roll over so his back was to him, grumbling about the virus and how much he hated him.

Thrax: *chuckles n kisses the bk of his neck* Yeah, love ya too, baby. So, r we good to go to the nxt body there?

Rodeo: Hai hai. We're out in the air now. So where shall we go to, ne?

Ozzy huffed and swatted him away before pulling the curtain closed. He squirmed around in the bed, grumbling to himself, flushing as he glanced down at the tent now in his pants. "I... I hate this!" he groaned and buried his head in the pillows.
