Undercover Romance-Chp3

Severus was finishing up putting on his dress robes. They, like his regular ones were black, but these ones were a lot slimmer looking.

Harry: *went home as soon as his work was done, n looked thru his closet n found the dress robe he wore during the Yule Ball n put it on. Surprisingly aftr so many yrs it still fit. He shrugged n made his way to Snape's home, making it there 5 mins earlier than promised n knocked*

Severus went to open the door. "Come, Po- I suppose I should be calling you by your undercover name."

Harry: *nodded* It's OK, u can still call me by my real name in private. Bt yeah, to be safe, Kiaran Featherworth it is. U can call me Kia *enters the house* So r we going now? Or do u need to get ready?

"I am not one for nicknames, but I suppose Kai would be fine. I am ready to go. I just need the gift for my godson."

Harry: Ur godson? *put two n two together quickly* Wait, u mean to say Draco Malfoy is ur godson?

"Yes. I didn't say Lucius was a friend of mine. I will never have children so I have used Draco as a surigot son."

Harry: Oh, OK. Well why won't u hv children? I mean u haven't found the right one?

"No." He cut off that line of questioning before it started. "Now how long have we been dating?"

Harry: *realized he was being interrupted, bt didn't push it* Well, I would give it at least a yr or two, unless u want it longer

"I am fine with that. I am a private man so I would not let many people know about my private life."

Harry: *nodded* 2 yrs it is. Let's go get tht gift then. We don't wanna be late

Severus nodded and walked back into his living room to get the small, thin gift in a silver box.

Harry: *admires the wrapping* U think maybe I should get a gift as well? I came here straight frm work, so a gift didnt exactly cross my mind

"No. One gift from us will be fine. Thus is the first time you are meeting anyone. Draco would not expect itm"

Harry: *nodded* Shall we go then?

*meanwhile, Remus received word tht he is needed at Voldemort's office*

Remus: *knocked on the door, taking a deep breath*

"Come in."

Remus: *enters* U wish to see me, milord?

"Come in, Lupin. I have a task for you."

Remus: *made his way to the front desk n waited for his instructions*

"Tonight is my engagement party. Starting tomorrow I want you to follow Draco Malfoy. I need to make sure my soon to be wife is faithful. Lucius knows you will be guarding the boy, so no one other than us needs to know,what your real job is."

Remus: My real job? *thought for a bit before getting the picture, his face became a bit grim* Oh, u mean... "eliminating the competition"?

"Exactly. Draco is to remain pure until our wedding night. My child will be the first inside his womb."

Remus: *bit his lip n nodded* I will make sure he will remain pure. U hv my word, n honor as a werewolf *bowed*

Voldimort nodded, for whatever the word of a monster was. But they were good at doing the dirty work. "I know you will, Lupin. Now come to my party and get to meet the boy. You will be spending a lot of time with him over the next year."

Remus: *bowed again* Thank u for the invite. Bt I don't think I'm dressed for the occasion, n I don't think I hv the appropriate attire

"I am sure you can find soemthing." He said, handing the man a pouch of money.

Remus: *takes the money n nodded in thanks before leaving the room* Well, time to do a bit of clothes-shopping *went out to find something tht might fit the occasion as well as his status*
