*A week has passed since Hiccup was named Chief of Berk after the passing of his father Stoick. It took some adjusting, but Hiccup got use to being in charge*

Hiccup: *was still asleep in bed aftr spending all night presiding on the village affairs, just as he had watched his father do it wen he was alive n grooming him for the task*

Toothless: *was asleep in dragon form, tired from watching his master/best friend/lover from his tasks*

*Hiccup's little pup dragons were the first to wake n climb into the bedroom to wake their parents up. Once Hiccup has become Chief, the first thing he did was come clean with the village abt his parentage to Toothless' babies as well as Toothless' ability to shapeshift. It took a while, bt the villagers soon got used to the pup dragons being Hiccup's*

*Valiant n Meteora climbed onto Hiccup's bed while Jade, Ruby n Odin climbed all ovr Toothless, chirping n jumping, trying to wake their parents up, n evn Hiccup n Astrid's child Fox joined in*

Toothless: *starts to wake up, chuckles at the sight*

Hiccup: Nnnhhh... Wha...? No, 5 more mins... *buries himself in the covers*

*Valiant n Meteora starts chewing Hiccup's hair n Fox pulled at his ears n cheeks, giggling*

Hiccup: Nnnahh~! No, stop~! Bad kids, bad kids~! Toothless, help~!

Toothless: *is getting "attacked" himself, giving him a look of "I'm busy atm"*

Astrid: Hiccup, cmon it's time to get up!

Hiccup: *groans n gave in, getting up slowly* Uuuggghhh... Is it morning already?

Astrid: Yes it is. Plus, you should remember what today is.

*all the pups n Fox finally got off their fathers n clambered ard Astrid's feet*

Toothless: *shook himself awake and sat by Hiccup's side, giving his usually, happy demeanor*

Astrid: Well, it's not like you to forget your 2nd in command's birthday

Hiccup: Huh, Ragor's bday...? Oh my gods! Ragor's bday! *in a rush, he shoved Toothless aside n made his way to the bathroom to wash up*

*all the kids laughed at their daddy's silliness*

Toothless: *followed right behind Hiccup, getting a bit of a playful chuckle* *takes his human appearance* Hey Hiccup?

Hiccup: *turns to Toothless, still washing up* Yeah?

Toothless: HAve you ever..thought about...having one more? I mean, sometimes

Hiccup: *bit his lip n looked away* M...Maybe...Bt...I can't. I'm the chief now, I'm too busy to... *was trying to come up with an excuse not to, evn tho in truth he was tempted to try again*
